The top 4 teams from each Division will make the Conference Tournament, hosted by Marian University, in Fond du Lac, WI, the weekend of February 7-9, 2025. The winner of the Conference Tournament will hoist the Philip E. Schroeder Memorial Trophy, or "Hap Cup".
